PerMedNet Project: Personalized Medicine for Innovative Strategies in Neuropsychiatric and Vascular Diseases

Description: The project is aimed to develop a multiparametric system capable of detecting new inflammatory biomarkers useful for diagnostic and prognostic purposes for the determination of the staging/progression of degeneration during neurological, psychiatric, vascular diseases and tumor of CNS, and to identify new molecules capable of crossing the blood–brain barrier and of binding with high affinity to molecular targets to direct the inflammatory response toward a neuroprotective action.
