Analysis and evaluation of WOAH’s institutional, technical, and financial governance
Details
Description
The objective of the project is to analyse, evaluate, and improve WOAH’s institutional, technical, and financial governance to ensure optimal and sustainable delivery of its mandate in a legally sound manner.
The successful Service Provider will be required to provide a description and benchmark analysis of WOAH’s institutional, technical, and financial governance. Successful completion of the description and benchmark analysis will facilitate recommendations which may include modifications of the Basic Texts and/or other legal instruments and related practices.
The project is composed to two Phases.
Phase 1 consists of:
- a description and benchmark analysis of WOAH’s institutional, technical and financial governance; and
- Recommendations to address identified issues or gaps (derived from the benchmark analysis against other intergovernmental organisations’ processes and procedures).
Phase 2 is a conditional tranche and will be guided by recommendations made by the Service Provider as part of Phase 1
All documents of the negotiated procedure are available on WOAH's website.
