Development of a project fiche in the form of a GCF Concept Note and related Project Preparation Facility (PPF)

Objectives: The call for offers is for developing a project fiche in the form of a GCF Concept Note and related Project Preparation Facility (PPF) application for a project titled "Enhancing water security and farmers resilience in Assi River Basin through Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystems (WEFE) solutions – Lebanon." This project aims to balance competing water uses and enhance environmental security through integrated governance of water, energy, food, and ecosystems. It will involve the preparation of concept notes, consultations, identification of accredited entities, pre-feasibility studies, and ensuring gender equity and social inclusion.
