SPN - Zambia - Design Review and Construction Supervision of Works for Kabwe Water Supply System and Pilot Faecal Sludge Treatment Unit

Objectives: The services under this project are to carry out the design review of selected and agreed water treatment and distribution centres, tertiary pipelines, preparation of preliminary designs, detailed designs of selected treatment and distribution centres, distribution networks and a FSTU (50,000 persons capacity). The services also include developing final designs, drawings, construction details, cross-sections, bill of quantities, cost estimates, technical specifications, tender documents, and operation and maintenance manuals. Additionally, supervision of works will be carried out for rehabilitation of water treatment plant, construction of water transmission mains and distribution centers, distribution networks including service reservoirs, FSTU and all related works.
