1. The Public Institution "Nicolae Testemițanu" State University of Medicine and Pharmacy from the Republic of Moldova  received sub-financing from the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova within the Program for the Improvement of Higher Education in Moldova, implemented as part of the "Higher Education in Moldova" project and intends to apply part of the financial means for payments based on the Sub-financing Agreement no.: MD-MOED-6542-ASF-U123 of 24.10.2022 for the realization of the sub-project  Strengthening education through research in medicine within USMF "Nicolae Testemițanu" - FORCE_med" .

2. Under the sub-financing agreement, part of the allocated funds will be used to finance the award contract/contracts for the purchase of equipment for:

•             Lot no. 1. "Microarray" analysis system.
•             Lot no. 2. System for preparation of genomic DNA samples in compatible format and workflow       
•             with the Microarray analysis system.
•             Lot no. 3. System for nucleic acid sequencing.
•             Lot no. 4. Liquid nitrogen generation system and preservation of biological material in liquid nitrogen with  
•           mobile extensions.
•             Lot no. 5. Gait analysis system for rats and mice.
•             Lot no. 6. Stereotaxic Instrument for Mice and Rats.
•             Lot no. 7 Equipment for the preparation of reagents and media

3. The Public Institution "Nicolae Testemițanu" State University of Medicine and Pharmacy from the Republic of Moldova invites eligible economic operators to submit sealed bids for the purchase of equipment for the Molecular Biology Laboratories, biobank and general use equipment

4. The purchase will be carried out through the national tender procedure using a request for offer (CDO), as specified in the "World Bank Regulation on Purchases for Debtors Financing Investment Projects - Purchases under Investment Projects with the Financing of Goods, of Works, Non-Consultancy and Consultancy Services", dated July 1, 2016, revised on November 1, 2017 and August 1, 2018  (hereinafter referred to as " Procurement Regulations") , and is open to all eligible bidders, as defined in the Regulations on pre-booked purchases.

5. The purchase document in Romanian can be obtained by interested Bidders by submitting a written request to the email address: snejana.balan@usmf.md , free of charge. The document in electronic format will be sent by email by the Contracting Authority - Public Institution State University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Nicolae Testemițanu" from the Republic of Moldova, Chisinau municipality, bld. Stephen the Great 165, snejana.balan@usmf.md .

6. Offers must be sent to the address -  Republic of Moldova, Chisinau municipality , bd. Stefan cel Mare 165, bir. 301   until   01.08.2023 15:00. 

Late bids submitted after the deadline indicated above will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened publicly in the presence of the designated representatives of the Bidders and any person who chooses to participate in the bid opening, at the address - Chisinau municipality , bd. Ștefan cel Mare 165, bir. 220 on   01.08.2023   at  15:00
8. All Bids must be accompanied by a " Bid Guarantee Statement ".
