I have over eight years’ experience in running and managing financial matters including cash flow management, preparation of management and statutory accounts, budget preparation, financial forecast, project management, grantees capacity building, handling audit matters, managing budgets, enforcing controls, risk analysis, review of grantee budget proposals and financial reports. Managed the financial and financial reporting for large projects and small projects and bringing on board various partners. Managed effectively a team of accountants and Grants officer in my previous and current attachment and administrative staff for over four years including mentoring junior accounts staff.
