Provide support to the Country Director in managing projects according to organization and donor rules and regulations.

Developing action plans, work plans, annual budgeting, procurement plan, expenditure tracking, pipeline forecasting budgets, and all other necessary documentation and ensure the necessary activities are completed as per the activity plan(timeline)

Work in close coordination with program and Technical Working Group (TWG)

Closely monitor project statuses and ensure quality, timely implementation of all approved activities and projects against the work plan and budget as well as timely reporting.

Schedule and attend core management team meeting and other ad-hoc meetings as required. Produce and distribute meeting minutes to all participants.

Lead International procurement in relation to HQ and the technical team in the country.

Lead and support the process of logistic coordination for importing the procured goods in-country.

Respond to ad hoc donor and headquarter requests for information.

Collecting, documenting and maintaining a register of programmatic risk matters and issues and follow up on the recommended actions to ensure donor compliance.

Facilitates the monitoring and reporting system of the project implementation process, including the submission of necessary regular and ad hoc reports to the relevant donors.

Work in collaboration with finance/admin staff to ensure that all partner and donor agreements and procurement procedures are in place for activities/projects.

Ensures up-to-date proper archiving of relevant project documentation.

Assist in the development of proposal documents, concept notes, and ToRs and ensure timely submission.

Manage and ensure documentation, file retention of all electronic and hard copy materials relevant   to the project.

Ensure donor compliance and manage data base as required.
