Over sixteen (16) years of professional experience in managing and implementing large-scale infrastructure projects and programs in Bangladesh

Experienced in planning, design, construction and operation of infrastructures i.e., building, roads, bridges, embankments, stormwater facilities, water supply & sanitary systems, culverts, channels, drains, outfalls, etc.

Experienced in project management, construction supervision, tendering, and contract management

Strong knowledge of green infrastructures, stormwater BMP and LID, climate change stress analysis, climate adaptation, nature-based solutions, integrated water resource management

Experienced in hydrological, hydrodynamic and morphological modelling, floodplain management, Climate data (GCM & RCM) down-scaling, processing, analysis and interpretation, ArcGIS and remote sensing, etc.

Worked in government and non-government organizations, knowledge of the process of policy and plan formulation, knowledge of national policies, rules and regulations on environment and water, etc.

Experienced in conducting baseline surveys, need-based assessments, consultation (FGD & PRA), institutional development and stakeholder participation in project development phases.
