Daniel is a senior development communication specialist and former Special Adviser to the UK Secretary of State for International Development, helping to shape the UK’s international development policy. He has more than fifteen years’ field and programme experience, working on World Bank, UN and DFID-funded programmes. He specialises in strategic communication, advocacy, sector strengthening, knowledge management and public engagement. He leads, designs and delivers development communication programmes in health, education, basic services and governance, accelerating sector reform, delivering public change campaigns, sector and civil society engagement.
