Strengthening Protection and Regulatory Frameworks for GBV Response & Prevention

Objectives: The objectives of this Call for Proposals (CFP) are multifaceted. Firstly, it aims to strengthen policy and regulatory frameworks by using participatory research methodologies and public inquiry to inform legislative reforms. Secondly, it seeks to build the capacity of the Justice and Security Sector in investigating and adjudicating sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) cases while applying a rights-based and survivor-centered approach. Additionally, the grant focuses on enhancing the development and execution of national and community-based action plans, along with multi-stakeholder e-monitoring systems for effective implementation of laws and strategies addressing violence against women and girls. Lastly, it provides paralegal services for SGBV survivors, ensuring accessible and quality support.
