We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our fast-growing team in any of our offices distributed in Europe (Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland), in the Healthcare sector with digital health projects’ implementation, with the following characteristics:

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the definition and execution of the commercial plan for the Health Sector at everis in its expansion;
• Identify markets, countries and health development programs;
• Develop everis references and technical proposals for clients and multilateral organizations;
• Set up agreements and joint ventures with companies and team up pool of internal and external experts;
• Supervise and approve final versions of technical and financial proposals;
• Supervise and steer the opportunities development cycle from start to end (Identification, proposal, execution…);
• Follow up projects’ workplan implementation and quality of deliverables and outcomes;
• Leadership on staffing and recruiting processes according to the resources needed;
• Oversight of delivery of health sector and digital health projects;
• Continuous follow-up with the project managers;
• Economical and financial management;
• Develop long term relationships with our clients, based on a qualitative contact and a good delivery.

Requirements:

Must have:

• +10 years of experience in IT consultancy with background in Healthcare & IT: Electronic Health Record, Health information systems, Healthcare interoperability standards, Primary Care & specialized care, Medical Imaging, clinical and administrative protocols, health facilities organisation and workflows;
• Complementary training in health services and health facilities management, health financing, public health, quality of care or other training related to the health sector;
• Experience on delivery of projects specially working with external stakeholders, subcontractors and staff working across different countries;
• Excellent communication skills (oral & writing) with ability to prepare and make commercial presentations for top-management-related stakeholders;
• Mastering of English, French is an asset;
• Availability to travel up to 25% of the time to EU and non-EU countries;
• Ability to work under stressful & demanding environments, manage client's expectations and conflict resolution;
• European working permit.

 Nice to have:

• Background working for international organizations and in multicultural environments;
• Experience working in Low- and Medium-Income countries is a plus;
• Knowledge about multilaterals market and main international donors.
