PPP Expert (International)

Project Name: Smart City Planning and Implementation Consultant (Firm) for Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Project (PICIIP)

e.Gen Consultants is looking for suitable candidates for the ADB-funded project in Pakistan. Please see the attached TOR for details. Consultants must fulfill the following conditions:

 - Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or a relevant discipline.

 - 10 years of work experience in the areas of PPP promotion and management, preferably related to Urban Services

 - Prior experience in the area of PPP for IT applications, one stop window operations, Command & Control Centers is highly desirable

 - Prior experience in assessing and developing PPP mechanism for government sector is highly desirable

 - Prior experience ADB or other international donor- funded project implementation experience would be an added advantage.
