International CBT system development methodologist

e.Gen is looking for an International expert for the ADB-funded project titled "Loan 4041-UZB: Skills Development for a Modern Economy Project - CS01". e.Gen has been shortlisted for the project and preparing the proposal. The chosen candidate will be proposed in the proposal and will work with e.Gen if and when the project is awarded. Please see the attached TOR for details.

Qualifications of the expert:
A postgraduate degree in an education-related field, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in similar projects, 3 years’ experience in Central Asia, preferably in Uzbekistan is desirable.

He/she will be an experienced CBT practitioner, particularly in (i) CBT systems approach (ii) knowledge of qualifications framework development; (iii) development of manuals and guidelines for the progressive development of CBT, (iv) designing and setting up modular training packages (MTP) at institutional level, (v) capable of instructing teachers on CBT approach, fluent in written and spoken English.
