Description

Position: Quality Management Specialist (Mid-level)

The activities are part of a "Organization Excellence Secondment Resources" project in the area of Quality Management in order to maintain and implement the quality improvement framework, processes and policies in the client organization under the supervision of the Project Manager, including:

  • Plan and develop processes, systems and standards of business excellence in line with the client's strategic direction
  • Support in establishing your quality management framework and process for the services provided, supporting in the development and implementation of a quality management system to ensure the alignment of relevant processes with international standards and practices
  • Facilitate problem resolution of non-compliance processes.
  • Support in the establishment of a clear governance for the participation and achievement of Quality Awards and Certifications.
  • Manage internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee monitoring, data collection, analysis and reporting activities in order to improve the customer experience.
  • Training activities to increase awareness of quality concerns and facilitate the achievement of national and global accreditations of excellence.
  • Support in the development of the objectives of the Department or Section, KPIs, annual operating plans and ensure that the execution of the plan meets the objectives.
  • Provide support to at least 4 business units to obtain ISO Certifications

The consultancies can be carried out in person, virtual or mixed mode according to the client's request.

The consultant will work under the coordination and supervision of the Project Manager, reporting the information required in each case (work planning, reports, etc.), in a timely manner.

Job location: Saudi Arabia and home based

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • General experience greater than 4 years.
  • Experience in Quality Management greater than 2 years
  • Certification and formal training (any of the criteria to be met) as EFQM internal evaluators and ISO 9001 internal auditor will be considered an added value.
  • Arabic Proficiency is required.
