Job description
Seureca is looking for a Team Leader for a technical and institutional assistance.

The aim of the project is to improve the current living conditions of the population of Antananarivo living in the districts most affected by flooding.

The project will support the implementation of the Integrated Sanitation Programme of Antananarivo by the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (MEAH).

The assignment will include the following activities :

- To assist the MEAH in its capacity as project owner of the programme in all aspects of its strategic and technical steering, stakeholder coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the programme;

- Setting up a monitoring and evaluation system for the programme;

- Assisting in the various procurement and contract management processes;

- Facilitate dialogue between the various stakeholders;

Main goal
He/she will be in charge of ensuring the good coordination of his/her team and the good relationship with the Client through the respect of deadlines, the quality of deliverables and the good communication with all stakeholders of the sanitation sector in Antananarivo.

The position is based in Antananarivo.

What we look for in your profile
You have a multidisciplinary profile, a Master degree and at least 10 years of experience.

Specific experience in these areas of expertise is required:

Experience in project management support / technical assistance / consultancy to local authorities and/or agencies;
Experience in sanitation project (water runoff)
Experience in project management;
Experience in procurement;
Experience in project implementation under international donor funding;
Experience in implementing capacity building activities.
You have the ability to work and manage multidisciplinary teams;

You have already worked in Madagascar or in a Sub-Saharan African country;

You are fluent in French, both written and spoken.
