Project Manager / HR Management

National project manager to support the team of international and national consultants 

Indicative start date: Imediatte Effect 

Location: Vientiane, Laos PDR 

Required Profile:

• Project manager/administrative support

Professional Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in change management and/or human resource field, preferably related to strategic public sector development.

Language skills:

• Native Lao language with excellent speaking, reading and writing skills. (Mandatory)
• A good level (C1) of the English language is required (Mandatory)

The English language will be the predominant working language all documents and deliverables must be produced first in English and then translated to Laotian.
