We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, for a six month fixed term contract.

The Role

As an Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer, you will support the Finance Team to ensure that all sales and purchase invoices are entered in a timely and accurate manner.

Supporting operational activities, you will create payables and receivables listings from a preset template and prepare reports on outstanding debtors and creditors to enhance data reporting.

You will also organise regular group meetings to review accounts receivable and use inputs from these meetings to help facilitate future improvements.

Additionally, you will:

- Develop administrative systems and processes
- Assist with maintaining and monitoring cash flow forecasts
- Maintain the tracking system for consultant and supplier payments

About You

To be considered as an Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer, you will need:

- Experience working in a similar accounts role, producing payables or receivables reports
- Experience working on different types of finance systems
- Knowledge of simple budget and finance management and administration
- Good numerical abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in IT
