Description

The Administrative Manager In close coordination and, in any case, under the supervision of the Headquarters Owner, may be called upon to:

coordinate the administrative, financial and accounting activities of the assigned Programs/Projects;
in close coordination with the Headquarters Owner, guarantee the correct legal and economic management of the Headquarters staff;
prepare (or direct its preparation) the Headquarters budget in compliance with the principles of civil accounting;
prepare (or direct its preparation), in compliance with the principles of civil accounting, the balance sheet of the Headquarters and any other document required by the Accounting Regulations;
prepare (or direct the related preparation) administrative acts and measures;
guarantee the correct and regular updating of the headquarters' accounting documents, also in relation to existing cooperation initiatives;
perform RUP role in procurement activities;
guarantee the correct supply of the Agency's IT applications, ensuring, where necessary, the updating and modification of the data entered;
coordinate the correct performance of fiscal and tax obligations, in accordance with local and/or Italian legislation;  in close coordination with the Head Office Owner, manage relations with the financial system (banks);
in close coordination with the Head Office Manager, manage relations with the competent offices of the Legal - Administrative Deputy Directorate of AICS Rome;
collaborate, for the aspects of competence, in the preparation of financing proposals, variations and reports, as well as any other project document;
relate, in agreement with the owner of the office, with the subjects of the Italian cooperation, internal and external for the matters of competence;
carry out the role of Procedure Manager and provide support for the purposes of tender documentation relating to procurement procedures for goods, services and supplies for which the headquarters is the contracting authority;
carry out any further activity required in relation to the qualification held and deemed necessary by the Owner of the office.
