The key requirements for the contract / cost controller / quantity surveyor officer are :

• a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics or any other relevant degree.
• Registration as a professional engineer is an advantage.
• Proven experience of at least 07 years in management of international EPC/turnkey contracts related to power systems of 400 kV or above.
• The specialist shall have a good understanding of FIDIC conditions of contrac with at least two experiences with similar contracts, including experience with the African Development Bank or other Multilateral Development Banks.
• The specialist shall be an individual with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
