Description

The overall objective of this project is to contribute to the enhancement of competitiveness of Azerbaijani non-oil sectors and increase the employability of Vocational Educational Training (VET) graduates.  It will do so by:

  • ·         Improving the Azerbaijan government's policy making capacity, strategy and action programme for VET modernization.
  • Developing a replicable model of partnership (among local, regional and national VET stakeholders) in delivering competency-based vocational education and training in Azerbaijan.
