HORIZON SERVICE  was born on  12 November 1998 , following the experience gained with the Horizon Project, a project co-financed by the European Social Fund under the Program of Community Initiatives "Employment and development of human resources".
The establishment of the non-profit cooperative represented the expression of the "active citizenship" of a group of young people motivated to do their work to help the weakest and to engage in the front line to increase the quality of social life .

The first years of our history see us engaged in designing and providing home health and social care services, services for the disabled and minors.

Over the years the Cooperative has experienced a constant evolution and differentiation of the services offered, as well as operational and design skills; Our identity as a "Social Enterprise" has been consolidated, which produces well-being in a logic of  common good , of  widespread and non-particularistic interest , and the awareness of having an  active and proactive role in the shared construction of a shared and responsible welfare .
