The company has three main divisions, namely: Sales, Technical and Training/Applications.

The Technical division is the System Integration and Maintenance division (SIM). It handles computer networks, cable installations including fibre optics, third-party maintenance of PCs, printers, UPS, monitors, terminals etc. The department has a well-equipped workshop manned by a team of very skilled and experienced computer technicians. The support staff members have an in-depth knowledge in and are proficient in the following operating system platforms and application development tools (Microsoft and Linux).

 Sales Department is the marketing and sales division of RA-Innovative. This division handles sales and stocks variety of products including DELL products, Cisco, D-Link, Hewlett Packard computers, Hewlett Packard Laser/DeskJet printers, Printronix printers, Epson Dot Matrix Printers. RA-Innovative also stocks variety of computer accessories and parts such as toner cartridges, Ink cartridges, printer ribbons, hard disk drives, Rams, display adapters, network cards and switches, tape drives/cartridges, computer papers, wireless network cards/access points, network cables, pen drives, mother boards, stationeries and many more. The company also warrants that all products supplied are new, un-used and are genuine.
