The EMIT Group (Ercole Marelli Impianti Tecnologici S.r.l.) operates in Italy and worldwide in the activity of "Engineering, Procurement and Construction" (E.P.C.) in water and waste sectors and energy production from renewable sources.
The Group activity, initiated in the years'70 with the industrial wastewater treatments, has progressively extended within the environmental protection field into the following sectors:
·  air pollution control systems;
·  water and wastewater treatments;
·  municipal and industrial solid waste treatments;
·  polluted soil remediation.

Starting from year 2000, the E.M.I.T. Group has gradually placed side by side to the traditional activity of plants operator, the acquisition of concessions in the water sector and wastes in Italy in joint-venture with other important companies.
