Serhat Development Agency’s organization structure consists of Development Committee, Board of Directors and General Secretary. Development Committee is the consultation body, Board of Directors is the decision body and General Secretary is the executive body. It has an effective management structure including a top level representation regionally with its board of directors consisting of governors of the provinces in the region, mayors, chairpersons of general provincial assembly and chairpersons of Chambers of Industry and Trade; a comprehensive cooperation, participation and solidarity network with the representatives of universities, public institutions, private sectors and non-governmental organizations in the region; and an efficient management structure in its field consisting a strong executive body with its experienced and knowledgeable personnel.
