Impact Construction Services Division I, LLC (ICSDI) was founded on January 23rd, 2015 by owner and president Alex Maldonado. Growing up in Chicago surrounded by the construction industry, Mr. Maldonado was determined and inspired to create and manage his own company. At a young age, Mr. Maldonado was always eager to learn the full spectrum of the construction world and began working for his father’s company. Starting from the basics and working his way up from a general laborer, he eventually took a laborer apprenticeship and began picking up on other trade skills. With his hands-on experiences and willingness to learn, Mr. Maldonado grew to become a superintendent, a quality control manager, and a project manager.
