We conduct training, information sharing, and solution development sessions with our customers to leverage best practices and lessons learned across our customer engagements.

With more than 400 employees world-wide, XLA flexibly supports short-term sprints as well as long term requirements. Over 90 percent of our staff hold a security clearance, to include Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI). Our staff also holds specialty certifications such as PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional (RMP), SCRUM Master, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Expert, Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA), and PMI’s Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) assessor.

We are headquartered in Vienna, Virginia and have an office in Washington, DC, conveniently located to many of our customers. In addition, we have personnel located in more than 20 countries across the globe, including such austere locations as the Democratic Republic of the Congo and South Sudan.
