The State Joint-Stock Company Electronic Communications Office of Latvia (ECO) is an authority responsible for providing effective management of limited resources (radiofrequency spectrum and numbering), creating preconditions for the development of electronic communications market in accordance with the interests of the community and the government and on the grounds of the Electronic Communications Law and other legislative acts.
