SC Drumuri si Poduri SA Sibiu, is a Romanian legal entity, having the legal form of joint stock company, wholly owned by the Sibiu County Council, registered at the Trade Register under no. J32 / 1005/1998 in date 01.04.1998.

The Company carries out its activity in accordance with the respective Romanian laws and the provisions of Law 31/1990 on Commercial Companies (republished), EGO no. 109/2011, on Corporate Governance of Public Enterprises and Article 187 of the Civil Code and the Decisions of the County Council Sibiu.

The registered office of the company is in Sibiu, str. Alba Iulia, no. 68, Sibiu County.

The main activity is construction works for county roads, repair and maintenance of roads and bridges, production and commercialization of goods, provision of services, construction of buildings for individuals and legal entities.

Other activities are the production and marketing of products manufactured by the company: asphalt, bituminous products, emulsion, sand, gravel, prefabricated, rent of transport means and specific equipment.
