Title: CNECT/2022/OP/0064 – Support to the Conformity Assessment of Directive (EU) 2019/790 (DSM Directive) and Directive (EU) 2019/789 (Sat Cab II Directive)
Description: The study should provide an analysis of the national implementing rules adopted in all Member States for the transposition of Directive 2019/789 and Directive 2019/790. Such analysis should support the Commission in performing its task of ensuring that the national transposition acts are compliant with the EU acquis, and in particular with the two Directives.
