Description: The purpose of the contract is to provide legal assessment services to analyse Member States' transposition and carry out the compliance check of the relevant national provisions transposing Directive (EU) 2018/1808 (Audiovisual Media Services Directive). The Commission may use these assessments as supporting information in its function to ensure, in accordance with Article 258 of the TFEU, that the Directive is fully and correctly transposed and implemented in Member States.
