The Government of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the PHCIP and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The Project aim to increase the access to quality health services, and economic and social inclusion programs, among poor and vulnerable households in selected districts of Punjab.

Qualifications

At least, Master’s degree or equivalent (sixteen (16) years of education) in Development Studies/ Business Administration/ Public Policy/ Social Policy/ Social /Economic Development/ Public Administration / MBBS/ B.Sc. Engineering or relevant discipline, from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or any other relevant certification, shall be accorded due weightage.

Experience

At least, ten (10) years of verifiable relevant experience, after acquiring stipulated qualifications, in public and/or private sector national/international organizations, preferably in education and early childhood education (ECE) with increasing responsibility.
Must have strong team building and management skills as well as an understanding of organizational development.

Skills

Written and oral fluency in the English language.
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, & Power Point).

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

Interested candidates should submit the Expression of Interest with Curriculum Vitae (CV), copies of educational degrees, certificates, experience certificates, and CNIC by February 16, 2023 till 3:00 PM.
