Dear Valued Suppliers, The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (hereinafter referred to as UNHCR) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the UNHCR General Conditions of Contract for Goods and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ consists of the following; REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: 23/HCR/MMR/SUP/RFQ/029 _ for the Supply of School Furniture in Thandaunggyi Township, Kayin Sate, Myanmar 1. Annex A: Technical Specification 2. Annex B: Price Proposal Form 3. Annex C: UNHCR General Conditions of Contract 4. Annex D: Vendor Registration Form 5. Annex E: UN Supplier Code of Conduct 6. Annex F: Drawing and Design of the furniture UNHCR will organise Pre-bid meeting on 12 Oct 2023 at 10:00 – 11:00 pm. A representative company’s contact email address must be provided to join a pre-bid meeting at least 2 working days in advance, by email to myayasupply@unhcr.org. Sample submission to be sent as mandatory to UNHCR Hpa-An Office - No. 6/24, Bogyoke Road, 9th Ward, Hpa-An Township, Kayin State. We would appreciate receiving your quotation by or before 20/10/2023 – at 23:59 hrs. Myanmar Time by e-mail to Supply Unit at myayasupply@unhcr.org . Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of (10) Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission. Please indicate in the e-mail subject field: - 23-HCR-MMR-SUP-RFQ-029 - Name of your firm - Number of e-mails that are sent (example: 1/2, 2/2) Your quotation must be valid at least for (60) days. The standard payment term of UNHCR is net 30 days upon satisfactory delivery of goods or services and acceptance thereof by UNHCR.
