Dear Bidder,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your Proposal to the Request for Proposal 618-2023-UNDP-UKR-RFP-DG: Software development services for e-services and digital tools implementation on the Single State Web Portal of Electronic Services and related information systems in frames of Long-Term Agreement (LTA)

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. if you have an account, please log in by following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org/ using your username and password. User the forgotten password/username feature if you do not remember them. If you do not have an account already, you can register one following this link: Supplier Registration (oraclecloud.com)

All the bidders are strongly encouraged to initiate the supplier registration in Quantum system at least three days before the tender deadline.

Search for the specific tender using search filters and subscribe to the tender in order to get notifications in case of amendments of the tender document. If you need support with the online system, you can contact the contact details of this tender as indicated in the solicitation document.

The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on January 08, 2023 at 11:00 (Kyiv time) via Zoom.
