Scaling Up Energy Access Project (SEAP)

The project aims:- i) to increase the power supply capacity of the Gifurwe and Rulindo substations, ii) improve supply quality and reliability, iii) increase the access coverage, iv) provide cost effective electricity services for households and priority public institutions; and v) strengthen the capacity of the executing agency on project design, implementation and financial management.
