e-Social IS Refactoring, Upgrade and Optimisation Supervision Support Consultant

Objectives: The objectives of this tender, under the supervision of the UNDP Programme Manager and in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Welfare, Family Care and Demography's Directorate for IT and Analytics, are to analyze, monitor developments, test, and supervise the refactoring, optimisation, and upgrading of the e-Social Information System. The project focuses on ensuring that all non-functional requirements, as outlined in the ToR and the contract with the Vendor Company, are implemented accurately and timely while overseeing the process and providing the necessary input. This includes improving system operations, development, optimisation, upgrades, and ensuring system security, maintenance, and architecture requirements, such as database optimisation and data security.
