Description
UNFPA (United Nations Population Fund), an international development agency, is seeking qualified offers for provision of consultancy services for multi-year annual surveys to monitor the Improving Reproductive, Maternal and Newborn Health (IRMNH) Programme in Sierra Leone.
Your company is kindly invited to submit your best technical and financial offer for the requested service. Your bid could form the basis for a 3-year long term agreement (LTA) between your firm/institution and UNFPA.
On 12 September 2013, a document with answers to all questions submitted by prospective bidders within the deadline was posted below (RFP_No_SLE-2013-07-02_Clarifications & Clarifications_Appendix 8).
The deadline for submission of both technical and financial proposals is Thursday, 3 October 2013, at 14.00 (Freetown time). Please note that only bids that reach the specified UNFPA Office reception within the deadline will be accepted.
