The purpose of this follow-on Task Order is to build on and effectively communicate the results of the research completed under the previous learning activity, Women's Leadership as a Route to Greater Empowerment (also called Women in Power, or WiP). The WiP Task Order concluded in December 2014. The follow-on Task Order ("WiP II") will build upon the groundbreaking work done under WiP and will instrumentalize the results of WiP for application and use by Agency, Inter-Agency, and external stakeholders.
