The Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Health Professionals education and training for health system reforms project (HPET) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the following consulting service.
The description of the consulting service and selection criteria specified in the attached Terms of Reference for International Individual Consultant for developing the competency-based training program for hospital leaders.
HPET Hanoi School of Public Health Project Management Unit (HSPH PMU) now invites the eligible consulting firms and individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing the consultant position. Expressions of interest should provide information demonstrating that the individual consultants have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Service (The personal documents submitted are: the letter of interest; curriculum vitae of the individual consultant; copies of the related diploma/certificates of the individual consultant).
When consulting firm proposes individual consultant for the above assignment, it is stipulated that only the experience and qualifications of individuals shall be used in the selection process, and that the firm’s corporate experience shall not be taken into account, and the contract shall be signed with the firm.
The consultant will be selected in accordance with the individual consultant selection method set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines “Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers” in January, 2011 and revised in May, 2014.
