By the authority of Section 7077 of Public Law 112-74, as amended, the Uganda Mission of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID/Uganda) is posting this Sources Sought Notice to assess the capabilities of local Ugandan firms that may be able to provide Architecture & Engineering (A&E) services as well as Construction Management Consulting (CMC) services.

USAID/Uganda is restricting this notice to local competition only. Interested parties that submit a capability statement in response to this sources sought notice should be a A&E firm and registered as such in the Republic of Uganda.

At this time, USAID/Uganda is interested in receiving capability statements and other information from A&E firms registered in Uganda. Please see the attachment for the full notice which includes further information on the services required and a description of what should be included in the response from Ugandan A&E firms.
