Assignment Title: Recruitment of Safeguard Specialist

The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has applied for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the National Quality Infrastructure Development Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
 
The consulting services (“the Services”) include the recruitment of Safeguard Specialist.
 
The Ministry of Science and Technology now invites eligible individual consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: Qualification and Experience.
 
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III para 3.14 to 3.17 of The World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF borrowers, Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, dated July 2016.   
 
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the individual consultant selection method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
