TVET Reform Program - Phase 2

Project measures:

Assist the MoE in the implementation of a program for the improvement of workplace-oriented training offered at the TVET Institutes to be supported. 

Requested consultancy services:

i) assessment of status-quo and revision of project concept accordingly, development of sustainable utilisation concepts for the TVET Institutes involved, selection of suitable investments based on the utilisation concepts, provision of support to institutional development, for the development of utilisation concepts such as elaboration of school development plans, methods for budgeting of consumables and costs for O&M, procurement of technical equipment, tools, furniture, teaching and learning materials, supervision of modernisation and renovation measures for the intended utilization of the premises, training needs assessment of teaching staff, development of concept for teacher training and in-company trainer training and

ii) the concept development, initialization and management of Accompanying Measures.

The contract period, up until the completion of the Accompanying Measures, is 4 years.
