Assignment Title: Hiring of Individual Consultants (Request for Expression of Interest)

The Government of the Punjab has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Punjab Skills Development Project (PSDP) and intends to apply part of proceeds for consultancy services. PSDP invites applications from confident, eligible individual consultants having following qualification and experience to indicate their interest in providing short term consultancy services. The eligible candidates would be shortlisted, on the basis of their relevant experience, qualifications and capability to carry out the assignment on merit.

HIRE AN INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF BLENDED LEARNING TRAINING COURSE FOR BEAUTICIAN TRADE

16 years of education; Overall 10 years of experience at least; 5 years of experience in development of digital content; Experience in TVET sector will be a distinct advantage; Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
HIRE AN INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF BLENDED LEARNING TRAINING COURSE FOR ELECTRICIAN TRADE

16 years of education; overall 10 years of experience at least; 5 years of experience in development of digital content; Experience in TVET sector will be a distinct advantage; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.   
HIRE AN INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF BLENDED LEARNING TRAINING COURSE FOR HEATING, VENTILATION & AIR CONDITIONING (HVACR) TRADE

16 years of education; overall 10 years of experience at least; 5 years of experience in development of digital content; experience in TVET sector will be a distinct advantage; Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT FOR DEVELOPING   COMMUNICATION STRATEGY FOR

PUNJAB SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (PSDA)

16 years’ education preferably in development and management studies; At least 10 years of experience of Public Sector & Private Organizations; Experience in development of communication strategy, tools will be given preference; Knowledge of the country specific social-economic context; excellent verbal and written communication skills.   

INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT FOR DEVELOPING RULES OF PUNJAB SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (PSDA)

16 years education preferably in development and management studies; At least 10 years of experience of Public Sector & Private Organizations; Experience in organizations management, legal drafting, institutional development and Financial management will be given preference; Experience in providing professional legislative advice and drafting legal documents; Experience in TVET sector will be a distinct advantage; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

NOTE: The attention of interested consultants is drawn to paragraph 1.9 of World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants {under IBRD loans and IDA Credits and Grants} By World Bank’s  Borrowers “ Consultant Guidelines” January 2011 (Revised July 2014)  setting forth World Bank Policy on conflict of interest.

Consultants shall be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in Section V of the World Bank’s Guidelines for Selection and Employment of Consultants January 2011 (Revised July 2014).
