The Karachi Water & Sewerage Board is in receipt of a credit through EAD, Government of Pakistan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) / Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and the counterpart share of funds from GOS for the Karachi Water & Sewerage Services Improvement Project (KWSSIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds to make eligible payments under the contract for the Furniture and Fixtures of KWSSIP Project Implementation Unit (PIU Office).
The acquisition of Furniture and Fixtures outlined in the BOQ attached as Annexure “A” is for the PIU of KWSSIP / KW&SB. For each item to be supplied, the pricing structure has been shown in the attached BOQ which the bidder shall offer to supply at the PIU of KWSSIP on his offered price, subject to the terms & conditions in this request for quotation.
The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of Karachi Water and Sewerage Services Improvement Project (KWSSIP), (KW&SB) now invites Quotations from reputed Manufacturers / Suppliers / Retailers on prescribed format (Annexure “A”) to execute the Procurement of Furniture and Fixtures for KWSSIP Project Implementation Unit (PIU Office).
The Bidders may submit their Sealed Quotations and accompanying documents on or before 19-02-2021 at 3.00 pm on the address mentioned below.
The Sealed Quotations shall be opened at 3.00 pm sharp on 19-02-2021 in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend the opening of Bids.
