Energy Secure Armenia

United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Armenia is developing the Energy Secure Armenia project which offers technical and advisory services, training, research, and other services to the GOAM, Public Service Regulatory Commission ( PSRC) and the private sector to improve the regulatory environment, foster competition and attract investments for increased supply diversification. Other responsibilities may include assisting in the development of new business models and building greater local ownership in order to assure energy security in Armenia.
