Planning and Local Governance Project - PLGP

The United States Agency for International Development, Regional Services Center (RSC), Budapest intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of its client mission, USAID Albania, in anticipation of the procurement of a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee term contract that will implement a five-year project entitled "Planning and Local Governance Project".

The attached draft Statement of Work is hereby posted for comments by prospective Offerors.

Please note the following:
- Comments are due by NLT COB July 26, 2011 Budapest time;
- RSC Budapest will not answer any questions;
- Respondents are instructed not to contact USAID Albania. All communications must be through the Points of Contacts as indicated in this Notice;
- The release of this Notice in no way obligates USAID or the US Government to release an RFP or make an award of any type;
- The release of this Notice in no way obligates USAID or the US Government to pay for any costs incurred by prospective Offerors posting comments in response to this Notice.
