Procurement of Equipment & Furniture for NUEW Conference Hall and Digital Library The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Eritrea hereby invites sealed quotations from interested bidders for procurement of Equipment & Furnitrure for NUEW Conference Hall and Digital Library.  

Submission of Quotation: The envelopes should state “ PROCUREMENT OF PROCUREMENT OF EQUIPMENT & FURNITURE FOR NUEW CONFERENCE HALL AND DIGITAL LIBRARY" and marked as  ‘Confidential’. The selection of Bids will be done based on the UNDP procurement rules and regulations.  

All interested bidding Document is posted on the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) (www.ungm.org), UNDP Procurement Notices web based board http://procurement-notices.undp.org, the UN Development Business and UNDP Eritrea CO web site (www.er.undp.org) .

Bid must be dropped to the Procurement Unit of UNDP Eritrea, Hday Street # 5, Asmara Eritrea before 17.00 hrs on 2 September 2011.
