Description

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) is a global business owned by the German Federal Government that operates in over 130 countries. Its primary development partners are governments, governmental agencies and the private sector. In line with its activities in Botswana and in partnership with the Southern African Development Community, GIZ is seeking a vendor to develop indices for measuring perceptions of corruption and anti-corruption efforts in the SADC region. The main goal of the assignment is to provide a methodology and methods for assessing corruption perceptions and tracking anti-corruption activities in the SADC Region and therefore, the selected vendor will be required to undertake certain tasks such as preparing and submitting an inception report, reviewing key documentation, submitting a draft report with a suggested draft of the Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Framework and other tasks outlined in the bid documentation. Interested vendors who meet all the requirements should submit their offers by September 3rd, 2021.
