LOAN-3620 NEP: Rural Connectivity Improvement Project - DoLI/RCIP/Ind-09 Social Safeguards Specialist (SSS) (Individual-National) for Rural Connectivity Improvement Project (48218-003)

The Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development of Nepal (DoLIDAR) oversees the Department of Local Infrastructure Development and Agricultural Roads and is responsible for aiding local governments in the Districts with civil and construction engineering. In cooperation with the Asian Development Bank, DoLIDAR has announced a tender for a Social Safeguards Specialist (SSS) (Individual- National) for the Rural Connectivity Improvement Project in Nepal, the goal of which is to help PCU manage social safeguard initiatives as part of the ongoing RCIP and to assist with CPP preparations. The chosen contractor will assist in matters relating to the deed transfer of donated land by land donors as well as assisting in resolving outstanding issues related to ongoing RCIP and other duties listed in the tender documentation. Proposals must be submitted by 2 October 2021.
