| 1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business, Issue No.731 posted on 2nd July 2008 and later undated in UNDB issue no. 786 on 16 November 2010. 2. The Royal Government of Cambodia has received joint funding from the International Development Association along with other multilateral and bilateral donors including from UNFA, UNICEF, DFID-UK and AusAID (jointly referred to as "Pooled Fund") toward the cost of the Second Health Sector Support Program (HSSP2), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds to payments under the proposed contract for the goods shown in the table below:
