The development of new site architecture and features, which will involve:



*Analyzing the target audience, information requirements, content generation possibilities and compatibility with websites that the site will interact with.

*Developing a draft of new architecture and graphic design of the website for approval by team.

*Developing and putting into production approved architecture and functionalities of the new website, including: (a) an interactive map that provides a user interface with capabilities to display information from country-specific databases on e-GP compatible with other websites. (b) Information dissemination features including: a news section, frame to promote e-GP events, knowledge management module to publish papers and case studies, interaction with Digg, Technorati, Redit, Facebook and other similar websites for easy dissemination on readers, blogs and social networks, and virtual education frame to link to third party e-learning applications outside of the e-GP Community of Practice website. (c) Community building features including: a blog to present topics and experts for further discussion and a forum for member generated content. (d) Database management features including: an information recollection tool for studies, a tool for survey generation and voting and a wiki for document commentary and editing. (e) Membership management features including: a registration tool for new members and a distribution list tool to manage communication with members.

*Providing training to the website administrators.

*Supporting changes and adjustments during the implementation of the new website after its launching.



During the selection process for the consulting services indicated above, the consulting firms listed below submitted proposals. The scores evaluated for the Technical and Price Proposals of each consulting firm, and their final scores follow below.



Any Consultant is entitled to a debriefing to ascertain the grounds on which its proposal was not selected, by making a formal request at the address indicated below.
